I am a full-time OBGYN Resident Physician who is currently practicing medicine in Chicago, IL. My goal as your Big Sis in Medicine is to empower students & trainees to live life to the fullest! The MedMilah platform is characterized by authenticity, boldness, and the uncompromising pursuit of true balance by owning my time in and outside the hospital. On my off-days, you can catch me vibing out to a customized playlist, mentoring Black and Brown medical students, and growing my badass MedMilah community online and irl!
I created MedMilah (formerly MedSchoolMilah) to foster a community of transparency and tenacity through fun and authentic engagement. As a content creator, I prioritize wellness, travel, and lifestyle. I aim to inspire people to chase their passions within and beyond their studies as they pursue higher education. I encourage learners to achieve their dreams while celebrating being their authentic selves as they endure demanding professions. I believe you can have it all, but I know we can’t do it alone.
